Sludge Paddle Dryer

SSE is committed to supplying evaporation, Sludge drying, desalination, vacuum and heat transfer process technology and systems. we design, fabricate and test systems for the chemical, pharmaceutical, bulk drugs, agrochemicals, fertilizers, biotech, food, dairy, beverage industries and for environmental applications.
SSE process batch Sludge are used for cases requiring very low operating temperatures achieved only by very high paddle dryer and for those applications involving relatively small amounts of material. paddle dryer stearn economy is achieved by multiple stage continuous equipment of five or more stages.

Key Advantages
  • Easy Heat Transfer
  • Uniform Product Quality
  • No Moving Parts
  • Elastomer Lined Chambers withstand corrosion
  • Total Reliability in Operations
  • Requires Less Manpower

Evaporative Forced

If the solubility of a solvent is not decreased by lowering the temperature, the appropriate degree of solution super-saturation can be achieved by evaporating some of the solvent. Evaporative forced are usually operated under reduced pressure to aid solvent removal, minimize heat consumption the operating temperature of the solution and these are also described as low pressure evaporative forced.
To generate recirculation, an external heat exchanger is used with a high recirculation rate operated pump. Such kind of evaporators are generally used in many sugar refining and salt generation units.

Key Advantages
  • mechanical vapor recompression
  • Low vacuum to atmosphere pressure
  • No Moving Parts
  • Elastomer Lined Chambers withstand corrosion
  • Natural slurry density
  • Requires Less Manpower

Draft Tube Baffle Type

The Draft Tube and Baffle Type (DTB) is an elaborated mixed suspension mixed product removal design, which is suited for vacuum cooling and for processes having a moderate evaporation rate. Since almost heat make-up is required, the arrangement is compact and hence initial investment is minimized.

They are normally used for producing large size crystals of ammonium sulphate, potassium chloride, diammonium chloride etc., in the fertilizer industry.

Crystallizer

Although crystallizers are not strictly dryers, they are commonly associated with drying. Layout requirements for crystallizers are generally similar to those for evaporators but there are often additional agitators. Some crystallizers are in fact similar to evaporators in their construction and in their ancillary equipment.

Simple, self-contained construction eliminates the need for excessive instrumentation, condensers, vacuum systems, etc.
